Special Town Board Meeting — Minutes

SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING October 24, 2025 The Town Board of the Town of Cooperstown, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, convened an open session on October 24, 2025, at 5:30 p.m., at the Town Hall for the purpose of transacting business as the Town Board. Town Chairman called the meeting to order at 5:34 p.m. Roll Call: Chairman Joe Havlovitz, Sup. Nick Propson, Sup. Anthony Shibler, Clerk Susan Kornely and Treasurer Bernadette Duescher Others present: none No residents were present. The agenda has been publicly noticed at one posting site and on the town website. On a motion by Sup. Shibler and seconded by Sup. Propson, moved to approve the agenda as presented. Motion passed. Pledge of allegiance. Public Hearing Discussion and action – Budget Workshop to discuss 2026 budget income and expenditures prior to posting of budget summary. Procedural Motions by members of town board No checks were presented. Correspondence Future agenda: November 11th – Public Hearing, Special Town Meeting for 2026 Budget Town Meeting: Discussion and action on filing for eminent domain on Radtke Rd cul-de-sac, Discussion and action on Wages for Employees, Discussion and action on amending 2025 budget if needed.
