Town of Two Rivers 7650 CTH O Two Rivers, WI 54241 Public notice of the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors for the Town of Two Rivers, County of Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Pursuant to Chapter 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to the public that a regular meeting will be held on Monday, October 12, 2026, at 6pm at the Town Hall, 6525 CTH B, Shoto. Minutes and financial reports were emailed to all board members prior to the meeting. Agenda: 1. Meeting Called to order: Pledge of Allegiance 2. Confirmation from the Clerk regarding posting of the meeting notice 3. Minutes of September 14, 2026, meeting: Motion to accept minutes as printed and reviewed 4. Public input opportunity for citizens to present 5. Financial reports reviewed : Motion to receive and file . Note on accepting Credit Cards for tax payments beginning this year. 6. Bridge Aid estimation and signing of petition: total cost $40,137.73 and aid would be 50% coverage of $20,068.86 to be received in 2027 if approved by the county. 7. Voucher approval: Motion to approve vouchers 8. Discussion and decision on request from TR/Mishicot and Manitowoc School Districts to insert an explanation of private school voucher impact into tax bills. 9. Continued discussion regarding Mishicot Area Ambulance Service and the feasibility study done by a committee of representatives from the Mishicot Area Ambulance Service and the City of Two Rivers Ambulance Service for the future of providing ambulance service to the residents of the Town of Two Rivers and options for moving forward. 10. Consider resolution for residents to consider a tax levy increase at our November electors meeting for the increased cost of the ambulance service transfer to City of Two Rivers—Clerk/Treasurer will provide narrative on the resolution and the increase. Resolution #2026-002 11. Reports by recycling manager, constable, ambulance board member, highway supervisor and fire chief a) Washer/dryer hookup cost estimates/quotes 12. Board input-concerns-correspondence 13. Next meeting wi ll be November 9 , 2026, which will also be the night for the public budget meeting, tax levy meeting and then acceptance of the budget by the Board. Public meeting will be first, beginning at 6pm. Newsletter will not be mailed but will be available on election day for residents to pick up. 14. Motion to adjourn regular meeting.
