ConƟnued discussion on planning for the event including:
James Federwitz came to discuss what the boy scouts could help out with. Also discussed how
they do their pancake breakfast with prep Ɵme and other Ɵps.
CommunicaƟon about what we can use in the Lions Eat Stand and other ideas for grilling and
deep fryer.
Looked at where games, car show, vendors and kick ball tournament will be staged.
Geƫng adverƟsement out before the 4th of July to be handed out during parade with a float
