Call to order: Meeting called to order at 4:30 p.m. 2. Declaration of a quorum: 3. Approve the Agenda: MOTION (Radtke/Hummel) to approve the consent agenda (agenda & previous months minutes). Motion carried. All ayes. 4. Committee Chairman’s comments: None 5. Public comments on agenda items: 6. Fire Department – General Update: a) Working on grant applications b) 26 members c) 173 calls for the year 7. Police Department – General Update: a) Crossing guards are ready to start the school year. Officers are ready for back to school.
