Hummel (Excused) Also Present: None Citizens: None Subjects Discussed, Action Taken & Board Action Required: Regular Monthly Meeting • Call to Order: Meeting called to order by Chair Zurfluh at 4:00 p.m. • Motion (Flugaur/Mancl) to approve the consent agenda (August 6, 2026 agenda and the July 1, 2026 meeting minutes). Motion carried. All ayes. • Public Comments on Agenda Items: None • Committee Chairperson’s Comments: Chair Zurfluh stated he was pleased with how Attorney Abts presented at the Committee of the Whole meeting. • Motion (Zurfluh/Flugaur) to approve the monthly bills, journal entries for the previous month and financial reports. Motion carried.
