Mancl, R. Hess, L. Radtke and J. Zurfluh Absent: Ben Martinson (Excused) Citizens: Subjects Discussed, Action Taken & Board Action Required: Regular Monthly Meeting 1. Call to order: Meeting called to order at 4:30 pm. 2. Roll Call: See above. 3. Approve the agenda & previous month’s minutes: MOTION (Zurfluh/Hess) to approve the agenda & minutes from July 1, 2026. Motion carried. All ayes. 4. Public comments on agenda items: 5. Committee Chairman’s comments: 6. Department of Public Works: a) Everything going as scheduled. 2nd Street to be blacktopped this week. Preparing for back to school. Crosswalks painted. 7. Discussion on letter received from the Clearwater HOA: State aid estimate would be $700 - $800 if we maintained. Trustee Zurfluh indicated that there would be no state aid if the road didn’t meet requirements. Chairman Radtke reached out to Town of Saratoga Chairman about this. It was brought to them last October and it was not taken up at that time. Trustee Hess stated that it was not fiscally responsible to take on the road. Chairman Radtke recommended that a letter be drafted and sent to the with the committee’s decision. President Mancl will draft a letter of response and work with Attorney Abts. 8. Old Business: 9.
