Mancl, R. Hess, N. Flugaur, and Ben Martinson Citizens: Absent: R. O’Connor (excused) Subjects Discussed, Action Taken, and Board Action Required: 1. Call to order: Meeting called to order at 5:00 p.m. 2. Roll Call: As noted above. 3. Approve the Consent Agenda: MOTION (Flugaur/Hess) to approve the consent agenda. All ayes. 4. Public comments on agenda items: 5. Committee Chairman’s comments: 6. Update on DMI: Reviewed summary of citations issued. Village legal counsel was consulted as to next steps with the outstanding ordinance citations. Nothing further that we can do unless we go with another legal team and add money to the legal budget. Not much we can do at this time. Will bring up at Board meeting. 7. Discussion and possible MOTION to approve Chapter 8 Ordinance: MOTION (Mancl/Flugaur) to approve Chapter 8 changes. Reach out to insurance company to check if the insurance requirement amounts are high enough. MOTION (Flugaur/Mancl) to table the motion. Motion passed. All ayes. 8. Discuss old business: The wake boat ordinance has been passed onto the Saratoga and Grand Rapids town clerks. 9. Correspondence received: 10.
