Call to order: Meeting called to order at 4:46 pm. 2. Roll Call: See above. 3. Approve the agenda & previous month’s minutes: MOTION (Hess/Zurfluh) to approve the agenda & minutes from June 3, 2026. Motion carried. All ayes. 4. Public comments on agenda items: 5. Committee Chairman’s comments: 6. Department of Public Works: a) Public Works Supervisor B. Martinson went over the DPW report. Reviewed summer schedule projects for July – chip seal, crack filling, sidewalk replacement catch basin rebuilding and alleyway repaving. 7. Discussion on letter received from the Clearwater HOA: Jeff Manor of the Clearwater Bay HOA spoke on the maintenance of the roads within the HOA area. The HOA is wondering what it would take for the Village to take over maintenance of their roads that lay within the Village limits. The roads don’t meet Village standards. The HOA is willing to pay for 1.5” of asphalt added to the road to meet the depth requirements. A majority of the road is in the Town of Saratoga. Ben Martinson has been instructed to get numbers for state aid if the roads were taken over. 8. Old Business: 9. New Business: 10. Correspondence received.
