Tremmel Citizens: Jeff Manor, Dave Walter, Joanne Walter Subjects Discussed, Action Taken & Board Action Required: Regular Monthly Meeting • Call to Order: Meeting called to order by Chair Zurfluh at 4:00 p.m. • Motion (Zurfluh/Flugaur) to approve the consent agenda (July 1, 2026 agenda and the June 4, 2026 meeting minutes). Motion carried. All ayes. • Public Comments on Agenda Items: None • Committee Chairman’s Comments: Chair Zurfluh asked Trustee Hummel to present the minutes of this meeting at the Board meeting on July 8th since he will be absent. • Motion (Flugaur/Hummel) to approve the monthly bills, journal entries for the previous month and financial reports. Motion carried. All ayes. • Motion (Flugaur/Hummel) to approve the Village Administrator/Public Works Director job description with the revision reflected in the supervision section to clarify immediate supervisor. • Ben Martinson stated there is a place on the website where the form for making budget requests could be included. Budget requests need to be sent via the form by a certain date. The suggestions will then be forwarded to the Village Board. President Mancl suggested including information regarding the form in the next newsletter. Trustee Hummel questioned when the change occurred to not insert this as an ordinance as originally suggested. Trustee Flugaur recommended not having an ordinance so there is more flexibility in the procedure.
