Flugaur, L. Radtke, E. Hummel, Chief Lease and B. Martinson Absent: Chief Abbott - excused Citizens: Subjects Discussed, Action Taken, and Board Action Required: 1. Call to order: Meeting called to order at 4:30 p.m. 2. Declaration of a quorum: 3. Approve the Agenda: MOTION (Radtke/Hummel) to approve the consent agenda (agenda & previous months minutes). Motion carried. All ayes. 4. Committee Chairman’s comments: Email from Chairman Stewart. Police & Fire Commission has not met recently due to lack of content. One new Fire Department application was received. 5. Public comments on agenda items: 6. Fire Department – General Update: a) Drill with ERCO and hospital. b) Annual street dance is done. c) Hose cart donated to Fire Department has been refurbished and now out front of the Fire Station. d) Total members in Fire Department is 26. Full capacity is 30. When Chief Lease took over there were nine members in total. 7. Police Department – General Update: Report reviewed with Supervisor Martinson. Car break ins are up.
