Tremmel Citizens: None Subjects Discussed, Action Taken & Board Action Required: Regular Monthly Meeting • Call to Order: Meeting called to order by Chair Zurfluh at 4:01 p.m. • Motion (Zurfluh/Radtke) to approve the agenda and the May 7, 2026, meeting minutes. Motion carried. All ayes. • Public Comments on Agenda Items: None • Committee Chairman’s Comments: None • Motion (Zurfluh/Flugaur) to approve the monthly bills, journal entries for the previous month and financial reports. Motion carried. All ayes. • Motion (Radtke/Flugaur) to approve a 3% water rate increase effective 9/17/2026 beginning on 1/1/2027 billing subject to final approval by the PSC. Motion carried. All ayes. • Ben Martinson presented proposed language to add to Ordinance 3.04 as subsection (6) outlining the process by which Village residents can submit budget suggestions for the next year’s budget. There was some discussion as to whether it was necessary to make this part of the Ordinance or just add it to the website along with a form for the public to submit. Ben Martinson will draft a form for suggestions to be reviewed by the committee. • Old Business: None • New Business: None. • Correspondence Received: None • Agenda Items for Next Meeting: Proposed form for budget suggestions.
