Roll Call: See above. 3. Approve the agenda & previous month’s minutes: MOTION (Zurfluh/Hess) to approve the agenda & minutes from May 6, 2026. Motion carried. All ayes. 4. Public comments on agenda items: E. Hummel would like to speak on agenda item 10. 5. Committee Chairman’s comments: 6. Department of Public Works: a) Public Works Supervisor B. Martinson went over the DPW report. 7. Discussion on water rate increase of 3% per PSC simplified rate case: Discussed the proposed 3% rate increase. 8. Discussion on sidewalk removal 4th St. and Adams Ave.: Discussed removing a section of sidewalk on 4th St and Adams Ave. 9. Discussion and possible MOTION to approve Resolution No. 2026-09 approving the 2025 Wastewater Compliance Maintenance Annual Report: MOTION (Radtke/Zurfluh) to approve Resolution No. 2026-09 Wastewater Compliance Maintenance Annual Report. Motion carried. All ayes. 10. Discussion and possible MOTION on Public Works Director/Administrator job title and job description: Will discuss next month. Work on job description. 11.
