Mancl, R. Hess, N. Flugaur, R. O’Connor and Ben Martinson Citizens: Scott Stewart, Eric Hummel Subjects Discussed, Action Taken, and Board Action Required: 1. Call to order: Meeting called to order at 5:30 p.m. 2. Roll Call: As noted above. 3. Approve the Consent Agenda: MOTION (O’Connor/Flugaur) to approve the consent agenda. All ayes. 4. Public comments on agenda items: 5. Committee Chairman’s comments: Chairman Hess stated that the YMCA has two quit claim deeds. After review by Atty. Abts he feels that it is unlikely that they are still valid. 6. Update on DMI: Citations issued for DMI with court date in June. Citations wrote out weekly. 7. Discussion on Village Ordinance #2 – Village Board: MOTION (Flugaur/Hess) to remove “New Business” from the agenda. And renumber agenda items accordingly. Motion carried. All ayes. 8. Discussion on Village Ordinance #8 – Public Works: 9. Discussion on wake boats: Move proposed ordinance to Attorney Abts for review. 10. Discuss old business: 11. Discuss new business: 12.
