Flugaur, L. Radtke, E. Hummel, Chief Abbott and B. Martinson Absent: Chief Lease Citizens: Subjects Discussed, Action Taken, and Board Action Required: 1. Call to order: Meeting called to order at 4:30 p.m. 2. Declaration of a quorum: 3. Approve the Agenda: MOTION (Radtke/Hummel) to approve the consent agenda (agenda & previous months minutes). Motion carried. All ayes. 4. Committee Chairman’s comments: Ordinances ticket for DMI. 5. Public comments on agenda items: 6. Fire Department – General Update: a) Brat fry was a success. Had a walking taco event that was well attended. The new rescue is working well. Street Dance is June 19th. 7. Police Department – General Update: Working on cleaning up the Village with ordinance violations. Nine out of twelve properties have been cleaned up. Six citations to DMI.
