Call to order: Meeting called to order at 5:30 p.m. 2. Roll Call: As noted above. 3. Approve the Consent Agenda: MOTION (Flugaur/Hess) to approve the consent agenda. All ayes. 4. Public comments on agenda items: 5. Committee Chairman’s comments: 6. Update on DMI: There has been no contact with DMI. Trustee O’Connor stated that he would like to see higher level fines, with possible liens for corporations, “something with teeth” starting with Ordinance 10 citations now. 7. Discussion on Village Ordinance #7 – Traffic Code: MOTION (Flugaur/O’Connor) to approve updated Village Ordinance Chapter 7. Motion carried. All ayes. 8. Discuss old business: Discussion on the process of wake boat ordinances. 9. Discuss new business: 10. Correspondence received: 11.
