Mancl, R. Hess, E. Hummel, O’Connor and Ben Martinson Citizens: Subjects Discussed, Action Taken, and Board Action Required: 1. Call to order: Meeting called to order at 5:00 p.m. 2. Roll Call: As noted above. 3. Approve the Consent Agenda: MOTION (Hummel/Hess) to approve the consent agenda. All ayes. 4. Public comments on agenda items: 5. Committee Chairman’s comments: 6. Update on DMI: B. Martinson went over the history of the ordinance violation and conversations with the Village Attorney back in 2020. He went over the ordinance and code enforcement the village has taken. As of now, no payments have been made for the 2025 taxes. Discussion on what to do. Trustee O’Connor would like to do whatever we can do without it costing the village money. $200.00/week. B. Martinson to ask the attorney about a lien against the property. Trustee Hummel suggested an investigative reporter to apply pressure that way. 7. Discussion on Village Ordinance #7 – Traffic Code: 8. Discuss old business: B.
