Flugaur, R. Hess, J. Zurfluh, Captain Lease, Chief Abbott and B. Martinson Absent: Citizens: Eric Hummel Subjects Discussed, Action Taken, and Board Action Required: 1. Call to order: Meeting called to order at 4:30 p.m. 2. Declaration of a quorum: 3. Approve the Agenda: MOTION (Zurfluh/Hess) to approve the consent agenda (agenda & previous months minutes). Motion carried. All ayes. 4. Committee Chairman’s comments: B. Martinson attended the EMS Cooperative update meeting on Monday. Wisconsin Rapids Fire Department is hiring new personnel. 5. Public comments on agenda items: 6. Fire Department – General Update: a) Chief Lease went over Chief Lease’s monthly report. Additional 4 personnel, (2 interviews), new rescue vehicle has arrived and is in service. Total roster at 27. (Max is 30) 7. Police Department – General Update: a) Chief Abbott reviewed Police Department report. Will be working with DPW on ordinance violations next month. 8. Old Business: 9. New Business: 10.
