Roll Call: As noted above. 3. Approve the Consent Agenda: MOTION (Hummel/Hess) to approve the consent agenda. All ayes. 4. Public comments on agenda items: 5. Committee Chairman’s comments: 6. Update on DMI: B. Martinson sent an e-mail Planning & Zoning of Janesville to explore what they did. Will see if they get back to us. No changes on property. No response from DMI. They are in the grace period of paying taxes. 7. Update on 160 Market Avenue: No changes. 8. Update on enhanced wake – Town Hall meeting: Last week Thursday/Friday in Madison the bill regarding enhanced wake boats was not passed. Rome is in the same boat and working with their lawyer on an ordinance. A Town Hall meeting for discussion on wake boats will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at 9:00 am. The location is yet to be determined. 9. Discussion and possible motion to approve Village Ordinance #6 – Administrative Review Procedure updates: MOTION (Hess/O’Connor) to approve Ordinance #6 – Administrative Review Procedure with the following change – 6.05 “See sec. 1.06 of this Code.” should read “See sec. 1.05(8) of this Code.”.
