Motion – For the Commission to go into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Sec. 19.85(1)(c), to consider employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the Commission has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. In closed session, the Commission will: a. Discuss FD candidate A, medical report, and receive background investigation phase 2 written report (employer and reference interviews phase). (Chief Lease) b. Receive FD candidate B, PFC interview report. (Chief Lease, Commissioner Thomasgard); Receive Phase 1 background investigation report (Chief Abbott); If completed – receive phase 2 written report (employer and reference interviews.) (Chief Lease) c. Receive FD candidate C, PFC interview report. (Chief Lease, Commissioner Thomasgard); Receive Phase 1 background check investigation report (Chief Abbott) d. Review FD candidate D, application for employment (Chief Lease) 9.
