a Resolution stating the Village’s stance regarding ownership and maintenance of the private roads in the boundary
agreement development area. President Mancl stated that she consulted with the Village attorney on this matter, and it is
concluded that all these issues are codified by the Boundary Agreement and the Homeowner’s Association agreements.

PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE BOARD MEETING FEBRUARY 11, 2026 1306
Clerk-Treasurer Report: None
Trustee comments: Trustee Zurfluh stated the Board might want to consider removing “Old Business” and “New
Business” from the agendas. There has been an issue with other municipalities bringing up motions and discussion on
topics that are not specifically listed on the agenda.
Trustee Radtke stated that the YMCA demolition is going well. He asked if someone could reach out to the YMCA to see
if they can find someone to develop the property rather than donating the property to the Village (which he heard was the
plan). Trustee Hess clarified that ownership will stay with the YMCA, and they are looking to work with the Village for
possible development options. The Community Center will be a 24 hour access fitness center.
Meeting adjourned at 7:33 p.m.
