Mancl, R. Hess, E. Hummel, O’Connor and Ben Martinson Citizens: Subjects Discussed, Action Taken, and Board Action Required: 1. Call to order: Meeting called to order at 5:00 p.m. 2. Roll Call: As noted above. 3. Approve the Agenda: MOTION (Hummel/Hess) to approve the agenda. All ayes. 4. Approve the minutes of previous month’s meeting: MOTION (Hummel/Hess) to approve minutes of the November 19, 2025 meeting. All ayes. 5. Public comments on agenda items: 6. Committee Chairman’s comments: 7. Update on DMI: B. Martinson sent an e-mail 1st of the year to DMI. There has been no response. Jewell Engineering also has had no contact. Meet with Janesville. 8. Update on 160 Market Avenue: Repairs all made. Ordinance violations still active. 9. Discussion and possible motion to approve Village Ordinance #4 – Police Department updates: MOTION (Hess/Hummel) to approve Ordinance #4 – Police Department with the following changes – 4.02.1(3) add “shall”, 4.03(1) & 4.03(2) add “have the authority” and 4.04 add “§66.0313”. Motion carried. All aye. 10. Review of Village Ordinance #6 – Administrative Review Process: Reviewed. 11. Discuss old business: • Wake boats: B. Martinson gave update on Rome’s discussion. • E. Hummel: Questions about Robert’s Rules of Order. • B. Martinson and B. Mancl will work on the Organizational meeting. 12. Discuss new business: YMCA demo is ongoing. What is the Village’s interest in the space? 13. Correspondence received: 14. Future Agenda Items: Ordinance #6, 160 Market Avenue update, wake ordinance. 15.
