Flugaur, R. Hess, J. Zurfluh, Chief Lease, and B. Martinson Absent: Chief Abbott Citizens: None Subjects Discussed, Action Taken, and Board Action Required: 1. Call to order: Meeting called to order at 4:30 p.m. 2. Declaration of a quorum: 3. Approve the Agenda: MOTION (Hess/Zurfluh) to approve the consent agenda (agenda & previous months minutes). Motion carried. All ayes. 4. Committee Chairman’s comments: 5. Public comments on agenda items: 6. Fire Department – General Update: a) Fire Chief Lease went over 2025 year break down. Grants awarded totaled $23,700.00. b) Update on replacing 1st Responder vehicle. EMS grant of $19,743.92, Port Edwards Athletic Association $3,600.00, Donation Fund $3,000.00 and Fire Department Capital Outlay $6,216.08 for a total of $32,560.00. No new debt will be taken out. 7. Police Department – General Update: a) Reviewed Police Department report. b) Working together with the DPW to make sure that parked vehicles are not interfering with snow removal. c) Update from PPL Chairman Hess on changes to Ordinance #4. 8. Discussion on EMS agreement with Wisconsin Rapids: Moving to Finance, Human Resources & Information Technologies. 9. Old Business: 10. New Business: Ordinance # 7 – Traffic Code review. 11.
