Tremmel Citizens: Larry Isensee, John Wasshausen Subjects Discussed, Action Taken & Board Action Required: Regular Monthly Meeting • Call to Order: Meeting called to order by Chair Radtke at 4:00 p.m. • Motion (Flugaur/Hummel) to approve the agenda and the November 6, 2025 meeting minutes. Motion carried. All ayes. • Public Comments on Agenda Items: Larry Isensee stated that he feels the taxes to services is out of balance. He would like to know what steps they can take. Trustee Hummel requested a debrief of the budget process. President Mancl suggested a committee of the whole for a debrief of the budget process. • Committee Chairman’s Comments: None • Motion (Radtke/Flugaur) to approve the monthly bills, journal entries for the previous month and financial reports. Motion carried. 2-0 (Hummel-abstain). • Motion (Radtke/Flugaur) to award the full-time employees a $50.00 Chamber gift certificate as a safety award for only one lost time incident in the past 29 years. This is a budgeted item. Motion carried. All ayes. • Motion (Radtke/Flugaur) to approve Service Award Program (SAP – f/k/a LOSA) payment for 2025 qualifying firefighters in the amount of $300.91 per firefighter, in the amount of $1,805.46 and the annual corresponding maintenance fee of $920.00 for a total of $2,725.46. This is a budgeted item. Motion carried. All ayes. • Old Business: Trustee Flugaur inquired how the website was working out. Ben Martinson stated that he hasn’t had any complaints and several people have signed up for the messaging. Trustee Hummel stated that when he receives a message, the heading is the same for each website that he is signed up for. • New Business: Ben Martinson stated that there are a couple employees off for a while for medical procedures which are non-work related. • Correspondence Received: Chair Radtke received a call from a resident who was concerned with the tax rate and his assessed value. Ben Martinson stated that he spoke with the resident regarding his concerns.
