Roll Call: As noted above. 3. Approve the Agenda: MOTION (Hummel/Mancl) to approve the agenda. All ayes. 4. Approve the minutes of previous month’s meeting: MOTION (Hummel/Mancl) to approve minutes of the October 22, 2025 meeting. All ayes. 5. Public comments on agenda items: 6. Committee Chairman’s comments: 7. Update on DMI: B. Martinson hasn’t heard anything since the proposals were sent to DMI. The historical pieces are being removed from the property. 8. Discussion and possible motion to approve Village Ordinance #3 – Finance & Taxation updates: MOTION (Mancle/Hess) to approve Ordinance #3 – Finance & Taxation. Motion carried. All aye. 9. Review of Village Ordinance #4 – Police Department: 4.04 change state statutes to correct ones. 4.03(1) look into wording for “shall” arrest. 10. Discuss old business: Trustee Hummel clarified statements about Nepco Lake District. Trustee O’Connor updated on ballast boat discussion. 11. Discuss new business: 12. Correspondence received: 13.
