Flugaur, R. Hess, J. Zurfluh, Chief Lease, and B. Martinson Absent: Chief Abbott Citizens: None Subjects Discussed, Action Taken, and Board Action Required: 1. Call to order: Meeting called to order at 4:30 p.m. 2. Declaration of a quorum: 3. Approve the Agenda: MOTION (Hess/Flugaur) to approve the consent agenda (agenda & previous months minutes). Motion carried. All ayes. 4. Committee Chairman’s comments: 5. Public comments on agenda items: 6. Fire Department – General Update: a) Fire Chief Lease went over monthly report. Chief met with other municipalities for fire contracts Athletic Association raised $800.00 for Christmas baskets, which should be 16 baskets. PEFD hosting joint training for a lost hunter with Saratoga, Nekoosa, Township, Wood County Sheriff’s Department, PEPD & Grand Rapids. b) No additions or changes to the proposed budget. 7. Police Department – General Update: a) Police Department report read by Chairman Flugaur. 8. Old business: None. 9. New Business: Trustee Hess gave update on Chapter 4 on the PLP Agenda.. 10. Correspondence received:. None. 11. Future Agenda Items: January complete review of ambulance contract with Wisconsin Rapids and Ordinance #4. 12.
