Radtke, J. Zurfluh, B. Mancl and Public Works Supervisor Ben Martinson Absent: R. O’Connor Citizens: None Subjects Discussed, Action Taken & Board Action Required: Regular Monthly Meeting 1. Call to order: Meeting called to order at 4:00 pm. 2. Roll Call: See above. 3. Approve the agenda & previous month’s minutes: MOTION ( Zurfluh/Radtke ) to approve the agenda & minutes from October 15, 2025. Motion carried. All ayes. 4. Public comments on agenda items: None. 5. Committee Chairman’s comments: 6. Department of Public Works: a) Friday, November 21 last day for leaf pickup. b) Preparing for winter. c) Early shipment salt has been delivered and the salt shed is full. d) More ash trees will be taken down this winter. 7. Discussion & possible MOTION to approve the 2026 Water Utility Budget: Clear water rates are determined by the Public Safety Commission. There has been a change in clear water usage due to ERCO not using as much, the YMCA closure and low flow appliances installed in homes but the cost to operate has remained the same. MOTION (Zurfluh/Radtke) to approve the 2026 Water Utility Budget. Motion carried. All aye. 8. Discussion & possible MOTION to approve the 2026 Wastewater Budget: Reviewed the Wastewater budget. There was an increase last year but no need for one this year. MOTION (Zurfluh/Radtke) to approve the 2026 Wastewater Budget. Motion Carried. All ayes. 9. Old Business: 10.
