Tremmel Citizens: None Subjects Discussed, Action Taken & Board Action Required: Regular Monthly Meeting • Call to Order: Meeting called to order by Acting Chair Hummel at 4:30 p.m. • Motion (Flugaur/Mancl) to approve the agenda. Motion carried. All ayes. • Motion (Flugaur/Mancl) to approve the October 28, 2025 special meeting minutes. Motion carried. All ayes. • Public Comments on Agenda Items: None • Committee Chairman’s Comments: None • Motion (Flugaur/Mancl) to approve the monthly bills, journal entries for the previous month and financial reports. Motion carried. All ayes. • Ben Martinson gave an update on the website. The new website should be up and running sometime next week. There may be about 5 days prior when neither website will be available. • Old Business: None • New Business: Ben Martinson stated that we had a couple budget meetings. The public hearing notice will be finalized and sent to the newspaper on Monday for publication.
