Hummel, R. O’Connor, N. Flugaur B. Mancl, and Public Works Supervisor B. Martinson Citizens: Lonn Radtke Subjects Discussed, Action Taken & Board Action Required: 1) Call to order: Meeting called to order at 4:41 p.m. 2) Declaration of a quorum. Present as noted above. 3) MOTION (Flugaur/O’Connor) to approve the consent agenda and minutes of the August 18, 2025 meeting. Motion carried. All ayes. 4) Public comments on agenda items: No public comments. 5) Committee Chairperson’s comments: Welcomed Trustee O’Connor to the committee. 6) Committee Comments: President Mancl expressed gratitude for Trunk or Treat organization done by Ben Martinson. 215 kids attended. 7) Update on2025-2026 Legacy Grant project for playground equipment: Late May, early June new park equipment set up. Village crew will work on updates of existing play equipment. 8) Director of Public Works Report: a) Parks update – Closing park restrooms for the winter starting Monday morning. Only increase in budget is for labor for park upkeep. b) Trunk or Treat – Trunk or Treat was successful with 215 kids attending. Thank you to the participants. c) Christmas Tree lighting – Tree lighting will be December 7th from 3 pm – 5:30 pm. 9) Old Business: None. 10) New Business: None. 11) Correspondence received.
