Flugaur, R. Hess, J. Zurfluh, Chief Abbot, Chief Lease, and B. Martinson Absent: Citizens: None Subjects Discussed, Action Taken, and Board Action Required: 1. Call to order: Meeting called to order at 4:31 p.m. 2. Declaration of a quorum: 3. Approve the Agenda: MOTION (Zurfluh/Hess) to approve the consent agenda (agenda & previous months minutes). Motion carried. All ayes. 4. Committee Chairman’s comments: 5. Public comments on agenda items: 6. Fire Department – General Update: a) Fire Chief Lease went over monthly report. Chief met with other municipalities for fire contracts. b) Ben went over the proposed budget for the Fire Department. 7. Police Department – General Update: a) Chief Abbott went over monthly report. Twenty more calls than usual this month. b) Budget discussion and capital outlay overview. 8. Old business: None. 9. New Business: None. 10. Correspondence received:. None. 11.
