Committee of the Whole Budget Meeting — Minutes

PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE OCTOBER 6, 2025 1285 The Committee of the Whole meeting was called to order by the Village President at 6:00 p.m. at the Marshall Buehler Center. Present: President Mancl, Trustees Flugaur, Hummel, Radtke & Zurfluh (via TEAMS) Absent: Trustee Hess Also Present: B. Abbott, D. Lease (via TEAMS), B. Martinson, D. Tremmel Citizens: Dave Alnes, Dana Jacobs (via TEAMS) Public Comments: President Mancl mentioned an email all Board members received from Larry Isensee. She also stated that there are upcoming changes to ambulance service fees that will be discussed at a future meeting. B. Martinson presented a preliminary spreadsheet for the budget. He stated that he met with the department heads. The spreadsheet was reviewed and discussed. B. Martinson mentioned that the numbers will be revised on a regular basis as invoices and further information is received. The committees will review their section of the draft at the committee meetings. The Finance, Human Resources & IT Committee will meet in closed session to discuss salaries.
