Hess (remote), N. Flugaur, J. Zurfluh, Chief Abbot, Chief Lease (remote), and B. Martinson Absent: Citizens: None Subjects Discussed, Action Taken, and Board Action Required: 1. Call to order: Meeting called to order at 4:30 p.m. 2. Declaration of a quorum: 3. Approve the Agenda: MOTION (Zurfluh/Hess) to approve the consent agenda (agenda & previous months minutes). Motion carried. All ayes. 4. Committee Chairman’s comments: Chairman Flugaur gave an update from the Police & Fire Commission. There is one new applicant that is in the background check/interview process. There will be an update next month. 5. Public comments on agenda items: 6. Fire Department – General Update: a) Fire Chief Lease went over monthly report. Community CPR class was a success. Bike rodeo & brat fry were also successes. All band members are paid up for the trip. Monthly training at Edgewater Haven so familiar with the layout. 7. Police Department – General Update: a) Chief Abbott went over monthly report. Talked about long term vehicle replacement and changing squad lights to light bar on the Explorer. 8. Old business: None. 9. New Business: None. 10. Correspondence received:. None. 11.
