Mancl, R. Hess, E. Hummel and Ben Martinson Absent: Citizens: Jason Gruszynski, Ben Jennings, Nick Kreling and Leslie Arendt Subjects Discussed, Action Taken, and Board Action Required: 1. Call to order: Meeting called to order at 5:00 p.m. 2. Roll Call: As noted above. 3. Approve the Agenda: MOTION (Hummel/Mancl) to approve the agenda. All ayes. 4. Approve the minutes of previous month’s meeting: MOTION (Hummel/Mancl) to approve minutes of the August 27, 2025 meeting. All ayes. 5. Public comments on agenda items: Jason Gruszynski thanked the Board for taking time to listen to the wake board information. He’s excited to see individuals wanting to be outside to enjoy the outdoors. Asking for Nepco Lake specific information to be presented. Nick Kreling spoke on the wake boat issue and the enforceability of an ordinance. 6. Committee Chairman’s comments: 7. Update on DMI: MRGD, who is working with the Rapids mill demolition has been in contact with DMI. 8. Update on enhanced wake.: Update on enhanced wake ordinance. 9. Update on 160 Market Avenue: Replacing blocks. Building permit has been pulled for repairs. 10. Discussion and possible motion to approve Village Ordinance #2 – Village Board updates: MOTION (Mancl/Hess) to approve proposed changes to Ordinance #2 – Village Board. Motion passed. All ayes. 11. Review Chapter 3 of the Village Ordinances: 12. Discuss old business: A letter was sent to Sunset Point Residents. Ben will try to facilitate a meeting with the HOA and residents. 13. Discuss new business: Ben Jennings & Leslie Arendt present on the John Edwards statue. 14. Correspondence received: A letter from Leslie Arendt was received. 15.
