Radtke, J. Zurfluh, B. Mancl and Public Works Supervisor Ben Martinson Absent: Citizens: None Subjects Discussed, Action Taken & Board Action Required: Regular Monthly Meeting 1. Call to order: Meeting called to order at 4:30 pm. 2. Roll Call: All present from above. 3. Approve the agenda & previous month’s minutes: MOTION ( Zurfluh/Radtke ) to approve the agenda & minutes from August 27, 2025. Motion carried. All ayes. 4. Public comments on agenda items: None. 5. Committee Chairman’s comments: Joe Zurfluh wants to extend his thanks to Erik Saylor and his service to the Village and wish him the best in his future endeavors. 6. Department of Public Works: a) Working with Harters on moving forward on starting January 2026. Waste Management will pick up bins on December 31st and Harters will be dropping their bins off in December. b) Summer projects winding down. Ripple Creek lining of pipe with Wood County next week. Manhole covers will be worked on in October. c) Sanitary maintenance. d) Hydrant flushing will be October 6th – 8th. e) Preparations for winter. First load of salt to come before winter hits. 7. Old Business: None. 8. New Business: Going on drive April & September. 9. Correspondence received. 10. Future Agenda items for next meeting: Nothing noted. 11.
