OLD BUSINESS
Discussion and possible appointment of new Plan Commission member: Discussion took
place about residents that had expressed interest in serving on the Plan Commission in the past.
These included Tom Hart, Mick Parent, and another individual that has been in contact with
Chairman Chuck Finn. It was decided that these three people would be contacted to assess their
current level of interest.
Discussion and possible action on the proposal to change the name of Harve Road to
Harveaux Road: Clerk Faye noted that there is a full -time resident living on the road and that
changing the name may cause her to have to change her documents. Discussion took place about
the effects of changing the name of the road. It was decided that it was not worth it to change the
road name for the road’s resident and the effect it could have on the gas tax map. It was suggested
that a plaque could be installed at the end of the road noting the history of the road and who it was
named after.
Update on request from Attorney Scott Clark that Clerk Faye sign affidavit related to town
records and Old St. Paul Road: A motion was made by Feyen, seconded by Erickson, to suggest

provided in the application . Discussion took place about the current limit of $7,500. Feyen
suggested that a sub -committee meet with the applicants. Discussion took place about inviting
them to the June meeting to allow the Town Board to meet with them either in closed or open
