Notice of Letter of Resignation received from Town Board Chairman Craig Hoopman due to upcoming change of residency. 12. Discussion and possible action on acceptance of Chairman’s resignation. 13. Discussion of statutory options to fill Town Chairperson vacancy. 14. Discussion and possible action on selection of process to fill Town Chairperson vacancy. 15. Discussion and possible a ppointment of Town Board Chairpers on to serve remainder of Chairman Hoopman's unexpired term ending on April 20th, 2027. 16.
