Discussion and possible approval for redirection of $2,000 from town’s Bayfield Area Trail study contribution to other trail projects such as gravel. 10. Discussion of proposal to make Sunset Road a Town Road and summary of public comment on the issue. 11. Update on planned purchase of Bayfield County owned land along Sunset Drive. NEW BUSINESS 12. Discussion and possible action on Conditional Use Permit for Milo and Heidi McCowan for construction of a home as their primary residence, making two dwellings on one lot with their seasonal cabin that is currently operated as a short-term rental, located on 4.54-acres Zoned Ag1 at 34805 Fire Tower Road. 13. Discussion of concerns of some residents of Ski Hill Road related to neighborhood safety issues. 14. Discussion and possible action on appointment of a new Pikes Bay Sanitary District Commissioner. 15. Discussion and possible action on appointment of two Town Board members to serve on the Pike’s Bay Sanitary District Sub-Committee to addresss planning issues (meetings start on September 15th). 16. Discussion and possible approval to post bids request for gravel and/or gravel hauling. 17. Discussion of email received from John and Sue Gerzina related to deterioration of section of Whitetail Ave. 18.
