Call to Order and Roll Call. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Discussion and possible action on updates to Town of Bayfield Personnel Policy. a. Review policy with updates recommended by Personnel Policy S ub-Committee and Town Supervisors and determine any additional changes to be made. b. Approve distribution of updated policy , with any additional changes made, to current and new employees. 4. Discussion and review of applicants for the Full-Time Road/Garage Employee and two Part-Time Road Employees and possible action on hiring decisions. a. Motion to determine who may attend closed session. b. Enter into Closed Session by roll call vote. c. The Board may enter into Executive (Closed) Session per State Statute 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of an employee. d.
