Discussion and possible action on Class A Special Use Application from Hyttekos, LLC, Anne Brown-Agent, for a Shoreline Grading Permit for Construction of a Drivewa y, located 87 825 Brickyard Creek Road . (Note: The August Plan Commission Meeting was cancelled so no recommendation yet given. Driveway Application has been submitted to the town and changes requested of the applicant are pending) 17. Discussion and possible confirmation of Kate Kitchell as Town Board-appointed Town of Bayfield BATS representative from August 2024 -April 2027 to reflect appointment procedu re presented in Resolution 2024-01. 18. Discussion and possible action on proposed contract agreement for the Bayfield Area Trails Trail User Survey Coordinator and related position. 19. Discussion and possible action on interest from individual in being considered as an interim Pikes Bay Sanitary District Commissioner and residency requirements related to that position. 20.
