Joint Position with the Pikes Bay Sanitary District at the Greater Bayfield Wastewater Treatment Plant The Public Works Committee passed a motion to recommend that Pikes Bay provide their own support at this time. There has been nothing in place to guide them in the past. The Public Works Committee recommended approval of the policy on rights-of-way (ROWs).
