Call to Order: Mayor Dougherty called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm
Attendees: Dougherty, Fizell, Cornelius, Bland, Carrier
Approve Agenda: MSC (Cornelius/Carrier)
Motion to move into closed session pursuant to Wis. St. Stat. §19.85(f) to consider specific
personnel problems which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial
adverse
effect upon the reputation of any person.
