A flow chart of how applications should be handled will be jointly developed by these two groups to guide the process of initial review and, if needed, sending to relevant committees for necessary approval and review. e. Upcoming tasks. Bland will make sure the upcoming Board of Review process proceeds as required, and Fizell will talk with council members individually to fill out their committee assignments and to fill empty citizen-held seats.
