Lease for Harbor View- Carrier motion that city grants easement, one time amount of $542, property owner will oversee cover, Fizzell second, All Ayes 4. Stop Work Order-Josh & Able Clark walking trail permit. Fizzell motion to proceed with the removal encroachment within 10 days, Cornelius second, All ayes, motion carried. 5.
