All ayes. Public Comment and Suggestions from Persons Present on Agenda Items None Agenda 1. Resolution #637: Bonding Treasurer for Payment of Taxes Motion by Fizell, seconded by Carrier, to adopt resolution #637 as drafted. Brief discussion ensued regarding the name of the resolution (“Bonding the City Treasurer for Payment of 2025 Taxes”), with some confusion over the year. Stolen stated that property tax bills going out now are for 2025 taxes; state forms use the language “2025 payable 2026.” Past resolution titles have not included a year; she added it in the draft for this year to make it easier to distinguish and reference at a glance.
