City of Bayfield Architectural Review Board April 28, 2025 Meeting Minutes Call to Order: Chairperson Cornelius called meeting to order @ 5:00 pm on 4/28/25. Roll Call: Bogaard Carrier Cornelius Shrider Spence and Whittet. Others present: Tom Bodin and Tom Koehnen. Approve Agenda: Motion to approve by Carrier/Bogard. Approved all ayes. Approve Minutes: Motion to approve by Bogaard/Whittet. Approved all ayes. Public input on agenda items: None. Election of Officers: Matt Carrier elected chair Approved All Ayes. Agenda: Item # 1 Building Permit # 04-25: Tom Bodin, 208 Wilson Ave. Expand existing deck, remove and replace to code new railings and ballisters on old and newly expanded deck. Motion to approve by Cornelius/Spence. Discussion ensued. Motion carried all ayes Item # 2 Building Permit # 05-25: Tom Koehnen, 18 S. 8th St. New Home Motion to approve by Shrider/Cornelius.
