City of Bayfield Architectural Review Board June 23, 2025 Meeting Minutes Call to Order: Chairperson Carrier called meeting to order at 5:00 pm on 6/23/2025. Roll Call: Bogaard Carrier Cornelius Phillips Shrider Spence and Whittet. Others present: Pete Kulenkamp, Jenna Galegher, Kimberly Sandbulte, Cody Bermel, Annalisa Burmel, Ken Nourse, Kathryn Jensen. Chris Bell and Mike Carireau via Go To Meeting. Approve Agenda: Motion to approve by Spence/Cornelius. Approved all ayes. Approve Minutes: Motion to approve by Spence/Bogaard. Approved all ayes. Public input on agenda items: None. Agenda: Item # 1 Building Permit # 28-24: Kathy Fisher/Rees Pugh, 22 N 1st St. Project Update presented by Ken Nourse. Item # 2 Building Permit # 19-25: Jordon Wulf, 17 N 7th St. Build front and back entry porches and front deck with railings. Applicant not present. Motion to Table until next regular meeting by Cornelius/Bogaard. Motion Carried all ayes. Item # 3 Building Permit #22-25: Windseeker LLC/KV Build, 7 S Broad St. Restore to previous dimensions fire damaged commercial and residential space. Motion to Approve by Bogaard/Shrider. Discussion. Approval pending receipt of remaining required documents. Motion Carried all ayes. Item # 4 Building Permit #24-25: 200 Rittenhouse Avenue LLC/Annalisa Burmel, Same Construct 14’x 6’ accessory structure to support outdoor courtyard. Motion to Approve by Bogaard/Shrider. Discussion. Motion Carried all ayes. Item # 5 Building Permit #36-23: Narrative Properties LLC, 107 Manypenny Ave. unit 10 Amendments to permit. Existing overhead garage doors will remain, with future change to glass overhead doors. Motion to Approve by Shrider/Bogaard. Discussion. Motion Carried all ayes. Carrier recused.
