REVIEW OF MEETING FORMAT: B y Chair Eliason . 4. COMMUNICATIONS / CORRESPONDENCE FROM PUBLIC : Eliason shared that s everal emails from the public were received, and original meeting packet was referenced . 5. STATEMENT IN REGARD TO COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING LAW : Hulstrom confirm ed that a genda was posted online and in two other public locations , thus requirements for holding a public meeting have been met. 6. MOTION TO MOVE INTO CLOSED SESSION (no public allowed) The board may enter in and out of closed session for Discussion and Possible Action pursuant to §19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. i. Discussion regarding US District Court decision in TowerNorth Development, LLC v. Bayfield County and Bayfield County Board of Adjustment. Motion by Claus o n , seconded by Courneya , to move into closed session pursuant to Wisc. Stats. 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel . Board of Adjustment members , BOA Appeals Corporation Counsel, Planning and Zoning Department Director , and Office Manager are requested to be present. Claus o n – yes, Pat Courneya – yes, Eliason – yes, Wydeven – yes, Eggleson – yes. Motion carried, 5-0. 7. ADJOURNMENT: M otion by Clauson , seconded by Wydeven to adjourn the meeting.
