Children’s Long Term Support Program Enrollment Update: 60 enrolled, 4 referrals. Some exits due to families moving out of the area or voluntary disenrollment. 2027 CCOP Plan: due September 30, 2026. This is the start of annual plans renewing, using an online form provided by the State. The Committee worked through the questions as a preliminary effort, before sending additional feedback by email to Weyers (due at the end of August). Weyers will use the email feedback to draft the 2027 CCOP Plan, which will be reviewed and edited during the September 8 meeting. Depending on the edits made during the meeting, final approval could come as an email vote before the deadline. Coordinated Service Team (CST): This is a grant-based program of $60,000 annually. Weyers is working on the application for next year. Children’s System of Care Policy Academy: Location moved from Legendary Waters in Red Cliff to Wausau, which created a logistical barrier to participation. Weyers withdrew from the Academy. She said the State offered to support Bayfield County by sending a state champion to one of our meetings (via Teams) to help understand the results of the self- assessment. Weyers will tentatively plan on a state champion attending the November 10 CCOP+CST Advisory Committee meeting. Additional Information: Unrelated to CCOP, but Bayfield County and Red Cliff’s Cooling Shelters opened yesterday due to the heat wave. 1 K:\Agendas and Minutes\CCOP Advisory Committee\Minutes\2026 CCOPAC minutes\2026-07-14 CCOPAC Minutes-draft.docx K:\Agendas and Minutes\CCOP Advisory Committee\Minutes\2026 CCOPAC minutes\2026-07-14 CCOPAC Minutes-draft.docx 2 2026 Meeting Dates: September 8 and November 10, 10 am in Lake Michigan and virtually.
