Children’s Long Term Support program enrollment report • 60 enrolled + 4 referrals 5. 2027 CCOP Plan due by October 1 • Begin review of CCOP plan questions today, and identify sections need further drafting to finalize at next meeting September 8 (ahead of submission by the end of September) • GovernmentDelivery email and online submission questions for reference 6. 2027 CST Workplan and Application due August 7 • Projected to resemble the 2026 application, as CST continues to be built 7. Other informational items from or to the committee • Children’s System of Care Policy Academy moved from in person days in August hosted in Red Cliff at Legendary Waters to Wausau area & logistics became a barrier to participation a. Children’s system of Care Self-Assessment Tool (instructions here: https://www.dhs.wisconsin.gov/publications/p02093c.pdf), and state champions offered to support Bayfield Co in understanding our results once we complete the self-assessment. Recommend consider inviting state champion(s) to November CCOP+CST Advisory Committee meeting on 11/10. 8. Next meeting September 8, 2026 (Lake Michigan Conference Room) 9.
