Finance, Personnel & Licensing Committee Agenda There will be a meeting of the City of Cumberland Finance, Personnel & Licensing Committee on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at Cumberland City Hall to consider the following agenda. Call Meeting to Order Public Comment Approve August 3, 2026, Finance Committee meeting minutes Review of monthly financial reports Discussion and possible action relating to potential expanded use of auto pay and/or online payments for expedited Accounts Payable processing. Discussion and possible action relating to enforcement of procurement policies for credit card purchases. Discussion and possible action relating to financial management and bank accounts for Municipal Court. Discussion and possible action relating to refinancing of existing TID #9 debt and potential new TID #8 debt. Staff report and future agenda items Consider moving into Closed Session per Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(e) deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require – bargaining for the purpose of purchasing land.
