Discussion and possible action relating to rubber blades for plows to reduce curb damage. Discussion and possible action relating to establishing rules for pollinator and native planting gardens. This constitutes a meeting of the Common Council and must be noticed as such, although the Common Council will not take any formal action at this meeting.
